So I'm Lightly Nerdy, I thought I was wannabe. Anyway, I just got home from work. I have a long weekend. Although most of you guys in the Philippines already started theirs. Hey you know what, here in Canada they have Easter Monday, I have to see that for myself first, but I heard it on the radio. Is that really an actual holiday, I wonder.

Haha. I got my first paycheck today. Hooray, my 7 years of training and study in the UP College of Engineering has finally paid off; well in terms of monetary value it does, but career-wise, no not a chance. I don't even design stuff, I don't even operate machinery, not even close to quality control. Oh but it pays well for the amount of work that I actually, it's not bad.

It's the freaking education system here, although I have yet to have my credentials assessed. But here they don't actually recognize college education in the Philippines, well I have no first-hand information on that one so until my appointment, I'll put my opinions on hold. On the other hand, I've searched the websites of universities and colleges here and so far I have yet to encounter one that is offering a Chemical Engineering program.

I haven't answered a survey for a long time since I've deleted my friendster account. And now I have nothing to post, I've ran out of thoughts to share. Oh yeah, it feels like winter again here. It's so cold, for the past few days the temperature has been around -10 or less. And I thought spring was already here eh.

I want to learn a new language so now what I'll try is one word per day, so now let's try it today's word is:

Ecole - school.
